Along the most scenic rivers and waterways of Europe, surrounded by windmills, cows and nature, you will cycle through the typical Dutch landscape with tranquil green ridges and ancient farms. The route leads along the North Sea dunes, the ports of Rotterdam and old Dutch fishing villages such as Maassluis and Vlaardingen.
We drive through Schiedam with its mills and distilleries and the seaside resorts Scheveningen and Kijkduin Hook of Holland where the beach is almost right next to the bike path.
This area offers more than just a beautiful sandy beach, sun and sea. Indeed, there are also the boulevards to “strolling” and shopping, as well as many cafes and beach pavilions.
The first hotel you will be staying in is ideally located in the center of the Netherlands on the edge of the Rhine river. Utrecht has a wonderful old historic city center full of culture, shops and restaurants. Utrecht can be reached by train from Amsterdam Airport in approx. 45 minutes.

During your boat trip it is easy to see how the ports are being redeveloped into attractive areas today.
